How to make garlic vermicelli with open back shrimp

1.Pick the prawns and remove the shrimp threads, and soak the vermicelli in advance.

2. Cut the prawns on the back, cut some of the shrimp flesh, but do not cut off , chop 1/3 of the vermicelli, mince garlic, red pepper and coriander.

3.Put the vermicelli into the plate and arrange the open-back shrimp on it.

Tips
The time for steaming shrimps is adjusted according to the size of the shrimps.Smaller shrimps can be steamed for 5 minutes.Do not steam them too long, which will affect the taste
