Meow’s delicious stewed chicken wing root recipe

1.Wash the chicken wing roots to control water and make two cuts on each for easy flavor

2.Put oil in the pot and stir-fry onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed and pepper.If you don’t like spicy food, don’t add it. p>

3.After making up the fragrance, add it to the wing root

4. Stir-fry until the surface is slightly brown

5.Pour in the two soy sauces I used

6.Add boiling water to the base of the wings

7.Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to remove the fishy smell
