Prawns ( 15 ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger slices ( Appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( Two spoons ) |
Black peppercorns ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe of grilled shrimp with black pepper

1. Wash the shrimps, cut off the whiskers and remove the shrimp lines.Add salt, ginger slices, cooking wine, and ground black peppercorns, stir, and marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Drain the marinated shrimp and spread them flat on a large plate.

3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

4. Take it out and wipe away the moisture in the plate.

5. Turn over and continue to microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.

6. Take it out again and wipe away the moisture in the plate.

7. Microwave on high for 1 minute.Just dry the surface of the shrimp.

8.Install the disk.Sprinkle some more black peppercorns for a stronger flavor.
Tips
When grilling shrimp, water will come out.Wipe off the water before grilling.
