Cabbage leaves ( 4 pieces ) | Meat filling ( 200g ) |
Oyster sauce (Stuffing) ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce (Stuffing) ( 2 spoons ) |
Salt (filling) ( 1 spoon ) | Cooking wine (stuffing) ( 1 spoon ) |
Steamed fish soy sauce (juice) ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce (juice) ( 2 spoons ) |
Oyster sauce (juice) ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Sesame oil ( A little ) | Water starch ( A little ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
How to stuff cabbage with meat

1.Wash the cabbage and cut off the roots

2.Put hot water in a pot, add salt and sesame oil, blanch the cabbage leaves for 2 minutes

3.Chop the cabbage root into minced meat, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and oyster sauce to taste

4.Squeeze out the water from the cooked cabbage, roll it up with meat filling

5. Put it into a plate to steam (use a plate with a higher height around it, we will need the steamed juice later), then steam for 10 minutes

6.Cut minced garlic, prepare juice and water starch

7.Pour the steamed cabbage juice into the sauce we prepared previously

8.Saute minced garlic

9. Pour in the prepared juice, boil and thicken with water starch

10.Cook until thickened

11. Serve on a plate, steam a portion of rice in a rice cooker, and eat together to make the taste even better
Tips
We don’t add water to the meat filling because the cabbage is added Water will come out after adding salt.You don’t need to add too much salt, oyster sauce and sauce both play a role in seasoning
