How to make fried mushroom vermicelli

1.Rinse the mushrooms, then tear them into small florets, and squeeze the water with your hands

2. Soak the vermicelli in advance, either warm or cold water, cut the pork into shreds, mince the green onion and ginger into a foam

3. Heat the pot, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Add mushrooms and stir-fry until soup becomes soft
