How to make spicy shredded pork

2. Cut the pork tenderloin into shreds, put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, salt and starch, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

3. Cut the pepper into shreds and cut the coriander into sections.

4.Cut the green onion, garlic, and dried peppercorns from the middle with scissors.

5. Heat the oil in the pot, pour in the marinated shredded pork, and stir-fry until cooked.

6. Pour in light soy sauce and cooking wine, stir-fry until coloured, add onions and garlic , chili, stir-fry until fragrant.

7.Pour in shredded chili peppers and stir-fry.

8.Finally add the coriander segments, salt and chicken essence.

9. Stir well.

10. Remove from pot and plate.
