Ingredients
Pork belly (500g) | Steamed rice noodles (appropriate amount ) |
Ginger, salt, soy sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence (appropriate amount of each ) |
How to make steamed pork with rice flour

1. Wash and slice the pork belly.

2. Add steamed rice flour, salt, ginger slices, soy sauce, light soy sauce and chicken essence, mix well and marinate 20 minute.

3. Wash the potatoes and cut into pieces.

4. Add light soy sauce and a small amount of salt to marinate for a while.

5.The pickled potatoes are placed at the bottom of the steamed rice.

6.Put the marinated meat on top.

7. Boil water, add steamed rice and steam for 40 minutes.
