Ingredients
Tofu ( 600g ) | Pork belly ( 100g ) |
Tempeh ( 10g ) | Soybean paste ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Chives ( 100g ) | Salt ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Hot water ( appropriate amount ) | Water starch ( half a bowl ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1/2 tablespoon ) |
Sichuan peppercorns ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to cook minced pork and tofu in sauce

1.Wash the tofu, drain the water, and cut it into appropriate-sized pieces

2. Chop the pork belly into minced meat, wash and cut the leeks into sections, and prepare the black bean paste and soybean paste

3. Boil water in a pot and add a teaspoon of salt, then blanch the tofu cubes in the pot for about two minutes, remove and drain and set aside

4. Heat up another pot with appropriate amount of cooking oil, add minced meat and stir-fry until soft White and discolored

5. Then add tempeh, light soy sauce and soybean paste, and use Stir-fry over low heat to bring out the aroma of the sauce

Tips
You can also choose to use soft tofu for this dish, but be careful during the operation and try not to stir-fry to avoid breaking the tofu.Seasonings can be added according to personal taste.Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, tempeh and soybean paste all have saltiness, so there is no need to add salt.
