Oyster sauce ( 1 small spoon ) | five-spice powder ( a little ) |

How to make pan-fried Spanish mackerel

1.Wash and cut the Spanish mackerel into sections

2.Put in the cooking wine

3.Put in oyster sauce

4.Add five-spice powder

5.Add chili powder

6.Put salt

7.Stir evenly and marinate for 20 minutes

8. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 40% hot, add the Spanish mackerel segments, and fry over medium heat
