Ingredients
Mushrooms (Moderate amount) | Tofu ( 1 piece ) |
Coriander (a little) | Peanut oil (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( a little ) | Soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
| Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) | Onion and ginger ( Appropriate amount ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Mushroom stewed tofu

1. Wash the mushrooms and blanch them in a pot for three minutes.

2. Control the moisture and tear into strips.

3. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

4. Heat the oil in the pot and sauté the chopped onion and ginger.

5.Add mushrooms and stir fry.

6. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour appropriate amount of water.

8.Put in the mushrooms, cover the pot and cook over high heat.

9.When there is not much juice, sprinkle salt and chicken essence.

10. Add garlic slices and stir.

11.Finally sprinkle some coriander to garnish and enhance the flavor.

12.The delicious mushroom stewed tofu is ready.

Blanching mushrooms can make them smoother and more tender and taste better.
