Recipe of Braised Yellow Croaker

1. Prepare the ingredients.Remove the gills, scales, internal organs and wash the yellow croaker.

2. Make a few cuts on both sides of the croaker, but do not cut it off.

3. Heat the oil in the pot, add the onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

4. Add the sauce and stir-fry briefly.

5. Add water to the pot, add croaker and all seasonings except dried chili pepper and coriander.The amount of water should be enough to cover the fish body, and simmer for 30-40 minutes to reduce the thick soup.

Tips
