How to make braised chicken wings

1. Marinate the washed chicken wings with a spoonful of salt and cooking wine.

2.Put oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings until the sides are slightly brown

3. Add light soy sauce, rock sugar, and salt and fry lightly.

4.Put water to cover the chicken wings, add ginger, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves.Cover the pot and simmer until the juice is reduced.
