How to make spicy hot pot

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash and remove the shrimp lines.

3.Tear the fresh mushrooms into small pieces, peel and slice the lotus root, and cut the broccoli into small pieces.

4. Boil the fresh mushrooms under water in a wok until cooked.

5. Add broccoli and blanch.

6. Add the lotus root slices and blanch.

7.Add in the prawns and blanch them (the picture is not very clear with steam)

Tips
When cooking, you should add less corn oil, because there is a lot of oil in the spicy pot seasoning; I did not add salt, and the salt in the seasoning is enough; the vegetables you add can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
