Pork belly ( 100g ) | Parsley( 1 handful ) |
Ginger( A few slices ) | Scallions ( 1 root ) |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( 10 capsules ) | Oil ( 10g ) |
| Salt ( 3 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Pork belly stir-fry How to make parsley

1.Wash the parsley , cut into sections and set aside.

2. Pour oil into the pot and stir-fry Sichuan peppercorns.

3.Add pork belly and stir-fry evenly.

4.Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, green onion, and minced ginger, stir-fry evenly.

5.Add parsley and stir-fry.

6. Stir well and take it out of the pan and onto a plate.

Tips
