Cantonese-style steamed golden pomfret with sour plums

1.Wash the fish and make tic-tac-toe marks on it , rub salt on both sides and marinate with cooking wine.

2.Three sour plums were smashed with chopsticks.

3. Put ginger and sour plum on the fish and top with light soy sauce.

4. Steam over high heat for ten minutes and open the lid.

5. Garnish with coriander and drizzle with hot oil.

Tips
When pickling, the fish maw can also be stuffed with some ginger to remove the fishy smell.
