How to make pot-wrapped pork

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture, cut the meat into thin slices,

2.Cut coriander into sections, shred carrots, green onions, and ginger

Tips
Starch paste: The ratio of starch to water is 1:1, you can use as much water as you need starch.
