Ingredients
hairtail ( 300g ) | Cooking wine ( 2 tablespoons ) |
five-spice powder ( a little span> ) | Ginger powder ( a little ) |
Salt ( 4 grams ) | Potato starch ( 30g ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
How to make fried hairtail

1. Wash and cut hairtail fish Segments, put into a bowl, pour cooking wine

2.Put in allspice

3.Put salt
4.Pour in oyster sauce

5.Pour in ginger powder

6.Put in potato starch

7.Stir evenly and marinate for more than 30 minutes

8.Heat oil in a pan, add hairtail and fry

9. Fry one side until golden brown Flip over and continue cooking until cooked

Tips
