Ingredients
Water-frozen yuba ( 86g ) | Water-frozen shiitake mushrooms ( 40 Grams ) |
Pork ( 80 grams ) | Corn oil ( 15g ) |

Purple onion ( 20g ) | Five-spice powder ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tsp ) | Garlic ( 7 grams ) |

Dry roasting How to make yuba

1.Soak the yuba in advance and drain.Dry and wet cuts

2.Soak the dried mushrooms in advance, drain and dice them

3.Dice purple onion

4. Dice hot pepper

5.Dice pork

6.Shred ginger, mince garlic, and cut dry red pepper into sections

7.Put dry starch into the yuba and mix well

Tips
1.Frying the yuba Mixing it with dry starch beforehand can prevent the fried yuba from being too dry
2.The yuba should be fried first to break it, which will make it easier to fry later
