Pork belly ( 500g ) | Dried pearl mushrooms ( 20g ) |
Ginger ( 3 pieces ) | Star anise ( 2 pieces ) |

Dark soy sauce ( 2 tsp ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
Salt ( 2 tsp ) | Rock sugar ( 3c0g ) |
Braised pork belly with pearl mushrooms Recipe

1.Mushrooms are soaked and ready for later use p>

2.Wash the pork belly and cut into mahjong pieces

3.Pour water into the pot and put the pork belly in cold water

4.After the water boils, cook for 5 minutes

5.Take out and drain and set aside

6. Peel and slice the ginger and cut the green onions into long sections.Prepare rock sugar and spices

7.Pour oil into the pot and add rock sugar

8.Slowly fry the sugar over low heat until it becomes caramel color

9.Pour the meat into the pot and fry slowly to color
