How to cook plain yuba

1.Soak the yuba in water in advance, using cold water in summer and warm water in winter.Remove and rinse, squeeze out excess water and cut into diagonal sections.

Tips
The yuba itself is cooked, so it doesn't need to be fried for too long.Adding a little less water later can make the yuba taste meatier and not dry.I thought the saltiness of the oyster sauce and soy sauce was enough, so I didn’t add any additional salt.Side dishes can be added according to your own preferences.Mushrooms, fungus, cucumber, etc.can be paired with yuba and are more nutritious.
