How to make assorted vegetable stir-fries

1.Prepare the materials

2. Just soak the black fungus in warm water for ten minutes.

3.Peel the yams and carrots, then slice them together with the cucumber.

4. Slice peppers and green onions.

5.Pour oil into hot pan and add green onions

7.Pour the yam, carrot and cucumber into the pot and stir-fry evenly

8.Add chili, add salt, stir-fry again
