How to make braised pork ribs

2. Soak the fresh ribs in cold water Half an hour

Tips
Pork ribs can be cooked in a saucepan and simmered on low heat for one hour , the pressure cooker is a lazy approach.
You can make it directly with light and dark soy sauce without adding sugar color.
