How to make double fresh lotus root slices

1.Peel the lotus root, cut into thin slices and soak in water, cut the onion into small pieces

2.Clean the prawns, spit out the sediment and wash the clams

3.Cut the chives into sections, peel and shred the ginger, break up the garlic cloves, and prepare the flavored tempeh
