Ingredients
Tofu (1 piece) | Onion (appropriate amount ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Sugar ( Moderate amount ) | MSG ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make pan-fried tofu

2.Soak the tofu in water for half an hour

3.Drain the water with kitchen paper

4.Cut into 1cm thick slices

5.Put more oil in the non-stick pan

6. Heat the oil to 40% and add tofu
7. Fry one side until golden and the other side
8.Fry until golden brown on both sides

9. Remove and control oil

Tips
Soaking tofu in water can remove the beany smell.Use kitchen paper to absorb the water so that there will be no oil splashing when frying.
