How to make old friend water spinach

1. Remove the old stems from water spinach (Bobai) and clean it

2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add an appropriate amount of corn oil and rice wine, and blanch the water spinach

3. Blanch it a little, take it out and set aside

4.Hot garlic

5.Add tomatoes, pickled bamboo shoots, and stir-fry tempeh in order

Tips
Add tempeh and sour bamboo shoots according to personal taste.Because tempeh is salty, you don’t need to add too much salt.You mainly use oil and sugar for seasoning
