Pork belly ( 700g ) | Oil ( 15g ) |
Onion ( 12g ) | Salt ( 4g ) |
Ginger ( 5 grams ) | Dried chili pepper ( 12g ) |
Pepper powder (a little) | Raw Smoked ( 1 tbsp ) |
Dark smoked ( 1 tablespoon ) | cooking wine ( 2 tablespoons ) |
Recipe for Northeastern Braised Pork

1.Cut pork belly into 1.5 cm square pieces

2.Cut green onion and ginger into small pieces

3.Put the pork belly in cold water and blanch it to remove the blood foam

4. Wash and drain the water

5. Heat the oil pan, add the meat and stir-fry for a while

6.Add onion, ginger, dried chili and stir-fry for a while

8.Add light soy sauce

Tips
