How to make Shacha Tofu

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut the tofu in half and cut it into evenly thin slices.

3.Onions, ginger and garlic, minced.

4.Tahini sauce, satay sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped pepper sauce, put Stir together and set aside.

5.Put oil in the pot.When the oil is 50% hot, add the cut tofu cubes and fry them.Cook until both sides are golden, take out, drain the oil and set aside.

Tips
Be sure to keep an eye on the tofu when frying it; if it gets burnt, it won't taste good.
