Ingredients
Crucian carp ( one ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Onions ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger ( piece ) | Garlic clove ( 1 clove ) |
Cooking wine (appropriate amount) | Dark soy sauce (appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) | Octagonal ( 1 piece ) |
Dried chili pepper (appropriate amount) |

1.Prepare ginger slices, chopped green onions, minced garlic and dried chilies and one star anise.

2. Clean the crucian carp and make a few cuts on it with a knife.

3.Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, heat the oil and add these seasonings and sauté until fragrant.

4. Add crucian carp and stir-fry, add dark soy sauce and cooking wine, stir-fry.

5.Then add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for fifteen minutes,
