Ingredients
Freshly slaughtered chicken (1) | Cornstarch ( 2 teaspoons (for marinating chicken) ) |
White sugar ( 1.5 teaspoon (for marinating chicken) ) | Salt ( 1 teaspoon (for marinating chicken) span> ) |
Chicken powder ( Adequate amount (for marinating chicken) ) | Light soy sauce ( 3 teaspoons (for marinated chicken) ) |
Oyster sauce ( 2 teaspoons ) | Ginger slices (About 15 pieces (you can add more if you like ginger) ) |
Shallots ( About 20 pieces ) | Scallions (Add according to personal preference) |

How to make baked chicken in casserole with shallots

1.Cut the ginger slices, shallots and green onions first and set aside

2.Chop the chicken into pieces, add sugar, cornstarch, salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce and peanut oil, mix well and set aside

3. After the pan is heated, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, mix well and fry the chicken pieces

4.Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides and set aside

5.After the casserole is heated, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil and add the shallots and ginger slices to bring out the fragrance

6.After the ingredients are fragrant, add the fried chicken pieces to the pot, mix well, cover and bake over medium heat for 3 minutes, then uncover the pot, stir well, cover and bake again (repeat this action 3 times) the chicken pieces will be cooked

7. Add oyster sauce after the chicken pieces are cooked , scallions, mix well, cover and bake for about 10 seconds, add coriander, and serve.This dish is very sweet and fragrant and is perfect for drinking or eating.
