Potatoes: harmonize the stomach
Ingredients
Potatoes ( 2 (slightly smaller) ) | Garlic ( 2 Valve ) |
Black sesame seeds (cooked) ( 1 tablespoon ) | Pine nuts ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Sesame pepper oil ( 1 teaspoon ) | Sesame oil ( 1 tablespoon ) |

How to make shredded potatoes with pepper oil

1. Wash and peel the potatoes, chop the garlic and set aside.

2. Cut the potatoes into shreds and wash them twice to remove the starch

3. Boil water in a pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, add shredded potatoes and blanch them (just a little hard)

4. Remove and cool to dry, add (salt, white vinegar, chicken powder, pepper oil, sesame oil) season and mix well, then add black sesame seeds and minced garlic and continue mixing evenly.

5.Add a small amount of oil in the pan and fry the pine nuts until fragrant

6. Place it on the mixed potato shreds and complete.
Tips
Do not blanch shredded potatoes for too long to keep them crispy.
