How to make Mapo Tofu

2. Prepare a piece of soft tofu, wash the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside, 2 millet peppers.

3.Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in boiling water with salt for 10 minutes.Slice ginger and garlic, dice millet and pepper, and cut green onion into small sections.

4. Pour the Mapo Tofu seasoning into a bowl, add 100 grams of water and mix thoroughly.

5. After the pot is heated, add 20 grams of cooking oil.

6. Add tofu and fry over low heat for a while.
