Ingredients
Chicken ( half ) | Abalone ( 5 pieces ) |
Ginger ( 1 large piece ) | Garlic ( Half head ) |
Onions (appropriate amount) | Onions ( 1/3 ) |
Green and red peppers ( 1 each ) | Cooking wine ( 3 tbsp ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 tbsp ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Wash and blanch the chicken pieces and set aside

2. Abalone Ask the seller to clean the internal organs and remove the shells, then wash and cut them in half at home

3.Cut green, red pepper and onion into cubes

4.Cut green onion into sections

5.Cut the ginger into pieces and peel the garlic

6.Heat oil, add ginger, garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant
