Ingredients
Bean curd (100g) | Celery ( 100g span> ) |

How to make celery tofu skin

1.Soak the tofu skin 20 minutes in advance and then wash it.

2. Remove the leaves from celery, wash and cut into small pieces.

3. Cut the dried chilies into small pieces.

4.Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot.

5. Do not wait for the oil to be hot before adding dried chili peppers and stir-fry.

Tips
Don't wait until the oil is hot before adding the dried chilies, otherwise they will burn.
