Spinach ( 200g ) | Tofu Leather ( 150g ) |
Oil ( 10 grams ) | Salt ( a spoonful ) |
Garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry spinach with tofu skin

1. Wash the spinach and cut into five centimeter-long pieces.

2. Soak the tofu skin in water in advance to soften it, and then wash it.

3. Cut the garlic into slices.

4. Heat oil in a pot.

5.First add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

6.Add spinach and stir-fry until soft.

7. After the spinach is soft, add the tofu skin and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.
Tips
Don't fry spinach for too long.
