Ingredients
Potatoes ( 4 ) | Carrot ( 1 ) |
Minced beef ( 100g ) | Green onions ( Half root ) |
Minced garlic ( 1 spoon ) | White sugar ( 1 spoon ) |
Soy sauce ( 5 spoons ) | Green plum juice ( 1 spoon ) |
| Oil consumption ( 1/2 spoon ) | Water ( 5 spoons ) |
Sake ( 2 spoons ) | Pepper ( a little ) |
Recipe of Korean-style minced beef and fried potatoes

1. Cut potatoes into cubes and soak them in water for about 10 minutes.

2. Cut the carrots into cubes.

3. Chop the green onions and mince the garlic.

4. Prepare sauce: sugar, soy sauce, green plum juice, oil consumption, water , sake, and pepper mix to make a sauce.

5.Put oil in the pot, add potatoes and carrots, and fry until slightly transparent.Out of reserve.

6.Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add ground beef and stir-fry.

8.Add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry.

9.Add the prepared sauce.

10.Cut one dry chili into pieces.

11. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

12.Finally add the sesame oil.

13. Remove and serve on a plate.
