Fat sausage ( a pound ) | Sauerkraut ( Adequate amount ) |
Ginger ( Shred ) | Garlic sprouts ( 2 roots ) |
Scallions ( a little ) | Green and red peppers ( several ) |
Vinegar ( a little ) |
How to make spicy and sour sausage

1.First wash the fresh sausage with flour, salt, vinegar and ginger slices.
