How to make Mapo Tofu
1.Prepare materials

2.Cut the ginger into foam.Cut the onions into finely chopped green onions, smash the garlic into flat pieces, cut the meat into small dices, and cut the tofu into 1cm squares

3.A little salt (to remove the gypsum smell of tofu), boil and let cool

4.A little oil, stir-fry the meat

5.Add two spoons of Douban Sauce, a spoonful of chili oil, add onion, ginger, garlic, and a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

6. Stir-fry the red oil, add a little braised soy sauce and 200ml water
After the water boils, pour in the tofu, a little Sichuan peppercorns, white pepper, and a spoonful of salt and simmer for about 5 minutes
7.Put a little chicken essence, water starch to thicken, and chopped green onion
