How to make loach stewed with tofu

1. Put the purchased loach into clear water and raise it for a day , change the water several times, add a few drops of peanut oil 3 hours before cooking the next day and stir evenly, wait until the loach spits out the residue in the body, pick it up and rinse it with tap water for later use.

2.Put the washed loach into the basin and cover it with a vegetable basket., slowly pour boiling water, and then wash the loach clean.Add oil to a hot pan, add shredded ginger, and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

3.
