Ingredients
Pork Ribs ( Two pounds ) | Coke ( A large bottle ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( a spoonful ) |
Salt ( One and a half teaspoons ) | Aniseed ( Two ) |
Tangerine peel ( One piece ) | Fragrant leaf ( One piece ) |
Cooked sesame seeds ( Some ) | Cooking wine ( one spoonful ) |
How to make Coke Pork Ribs

1. Blanch the pork ribs in cold water and skim off the foam.

2.Put ginger slices in the pan and fry the pork ribs until both sides are golden brown.

3. After frying the ribs, pour in Coke to cover the ribs, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine , aniseed and the like.If you like the ribs to be softer, add a bowl of boiling water or more cola.

4. Reduce the sauce until thick, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds for a better taste.
Tips
Don't over-fry the ribs, otherwise the skin will become tough after stewing for a long time.
