How to make salmon tofu soup

1.
Wash and cut salmon bones into sections
2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the fish bones until golden on both sides

3.Add 2 large bowls of water and top with cooking wine and light soy sauce

4.Add ginger slices, tomatoes, and white tofu, and simmer over high heat for 2 hours
