How to cook beef

1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into three sections, wash and tear the oyster mushrooms into thick strips

2.Wash the cucumber and cut it into two sections

3.Cut onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and coriander

4.Cut the beef into thin slices, add starch, light soy sauce, salt, white pepper, cooking wine and mix well
