How to make fried squid with double pepper

1. Wash and cut the peppers and set aside.
Marine the squid with salt and white pepper for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add fresh squid and fry until rolled up.

4. Add the peppers and squid and fry until raw.

5.Add a little chicken essence, salt and ¼ tsp of white sugar and stir-fry.
Plate and enjoy.
Tips
There is no need to blanch the squid as it will easily lose its flavor.Just fry it quickly over high heat.White sugar is added to enhance the freshness, but it can be omitted.
