How to make Caidian Shrimp

1.Cut and wash the main ingredients and accessories for later use.
Marinate the shrimps with a little salt and white pepper for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Fry the shrimp over high heat for one minute.

4. Add diced vegetables and stir-fry shrimp until raw.

5. Season and serve.
Tips
Cut the diced vegetables as small as possible to make them easier to cook; the shrimps should not be fried for long periods of time, as long as they change color.
