How to make fat fish head with chopped pepper

1. Wash the fat fish head and set aside.

2. Chop the onion and ginger into fine pieces and set aside.

3. Prepare to chop peppers and set aside.

4. Heat the pot, add oil, then add onion, ginger and garlic, minced Stir-fry the pepper until fragrant.

Tips
