Ingredients
Celery ( 80g ) | Zucchini ( 80g ) |
Pork tenderloin ( 80g ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Starch ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce (appropriate amount) |
How to make diced celery

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

2. Dice the celery and gourd and set aside.

3. Cut the meat into cubes and add appropriate amount of starch and mix well.

4. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

5. Add the diced meat and stir-fry quickly to change color.

6.Add in the diced fenugreek and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

7. Add celery and stir-fry for 20 seconds.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

9. Pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry for 10 seconds before turning off the heat.

10.Light and nutritious!
