How to steam chicken legs with mushrooms

1.Cut green onion, ginger and garlic into cubes

2. Wash the chicken legs and marinate them with onions, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce and pepper for about 20 minutes

3.Tear the mushrooms into small pieces, wash and drain them and set aside
4.Pour out the soup, place the mushrooms underneath, add the chicken legs, cover with a layer of mushrooms, and steam for about 20 minutes

5.Pour seafood soy sauce, sesame oil, and garnish with green onion leaves
