Tomatoes: produce fluid and quench thirst
Ingredients
Pepper(1 piece) | Tomato (1 piece ) |
Onions ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( 1 clove ) |
Thirteen spices ( appropriate amount ) | |
white pepper ( Appropriate amount ) | Chicken powder ( Appropriate amount ) |
Dark soy sauce ( a little ) |
How to cook tomatoes with peppers

1.Wash the peppers and cut into small pieces;

2. Wash tomatoes, soak in boiling water, peel and dice, set aside;

3. Chop the onion and garlic into mince and set aside (you can also add some shredded ginger);

4. Heat the pan and add oil;

5.After the oil is hot, add onions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;

6.Add the peppers and stir-fry for a few times;

7.Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry;

8. Add seasonings (salt, chicken powder, thirteen spices, white pepper ) Continue to stir-fry;

Tips
1.You can add a little sugar to enhance the freshness;
2.If you don’t like the tomatoes to be too soft, you can wait until the peppers are almost cooked before adding them;
