How to stir-fry shrimps with dragon fruit

1.First, let’s take a picture of the finished product.

2. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

3. Slice the ginger and cut the shallot into sections.

4. Use a melon scooper to dig out the dragon fruit and place it on a plate.
