Recipe for Spicy Cabbage Dumpling Pot

1. Prepare the soup base.
Set a pot to boil water, dry kelp into a 10 cm square, roughly wipe off the dust on the surface with a clean damp cloth, and put it into the pot.
2. Cut the white radish into thick slices and add them together.

3. Cover the pot and turn the pot to medium heat for ten minutes.
Drain the kelp soup and set aside.
4. Boil water and prepare materials at the same time.
Cut tofu and vegetables to a thickness of about 0.8 cm.
Slice green onions diagonally.
Cut beef into thin slices.
5. Turn the saucepan over low heat and add sesame oil.

6. Add beef and stir-fry until the surface changes color.

7.Add kelp and radish to the soup.If you like radish, you can also add it together.

8. Boil and skim off the scum on the surface.

9.Add spicy cabbage, cover the pot and cook for about five minutes.

10.Open the lid, add the remaining ingredients except the onions and enoki mushrooms, and cover the pot slightly cook.

One spoon each of minced garlic, soy sauce, Korean chili sauce, and sugar, and one teaspoon each of sesame seeds, salt, and sesame oil, and stir evenly.
12.Put the enoki mushrooms into the pot and add the sauce.

13. Add the green onions and continue to cook for one minute over medium heat.

14. Use salt to adjust the saltiness when the pot is boiling.

15.If you use a cassette stove, the dumplings can be eaten while cooking.

Tips
