Chicken gizzards ( 300 ) | Green chili peppers ( 100 ) |
Garlic leaves ( 100 ) | Salt ( a spoonful ) |
Dark soy sauce ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( a little ) |
MSG (a little) | Oil chili ( a spoonful ) |
Laoganma Bean Drum ( One scoop ) | Ginger ( piece ) |

2.Add water into the pot and blanch the chicken gizzards in cold water

4.Cut green chilies, garlic leaves and ginger and set aside
